Our community, "Toogs!", does not having any unlawful intentions in the public. All topics & articles that has been posted in the forums without any permission to the company or to the author of those said articles are not having any intentional "Copyright Infringement". All those reposted articles from the main source are only used for educational and informative purposes only. We respect everyone's privacy and rights. Anyone ( Authors/Companies ) requested for the removal of their articles to the community will accommodate by the Administrators and Moderators. Any removal request should be posted in the "Suggestions" section in forums. The deletion of the requested article will be executed immediately for the one who request.

To be fair, everyone who post an article from a liable source would put the source in the end of their posts. If someone requested for a deletion of their articles or someone's article "Infringe" accidentally by a member, an apology letter will be sent to that author. "Toogs!" is made for freedom of speech and informative purposes only. We respect everyone here.

Computer software that we had in the download section and discuss in the software forum does not having any unlawful intentions. We cannot guarantee that all software we had in the download section are virus free. Please be careful in downloading any sorts of materials in the internet. We had nothing against companies.
